Hello!

My name is Kim Albrecht (née Kinoshita)

My adoration for baking began at an early age. As a 4th generation Japanese-American growing up in quiet suburbs of Gresham, I spent plenty of time helping my grandma and mom in the kitchen. For long as I can remember, the kitchen has been the most exciting (and tasty) place to be.

Throughout the years I have shared my passion for the culinary arts with friends and family and loved nothing more than making people happy through my delicious foods and desserts. (I was even voted as "Most Likely to Open Up a Bakery" in high school). While a brick and mortar is not currently in the works, I hope to share both new creations and classic favorites with you.

When I'm not baking, I can be found playing video games, cooking, or spending time with my husband and our cat Nacho.
